This company is closed down. I called my credit card company and got a full refund by charging back.
This rip off outfit finally folded it's tent and left in the middle of the night. Call 1 (302) 231-1844 to hear their recorded message. Please contact the State of Delaware Attorney General's office fraud and consumer protection division to file a complaint at 800-220-5424 . I lost $4,500. Unfortunately I found out too late they were scammers running a pyramid scheme. When I tried to get my money back (after jumping through all their stupid hoops) they just never bothered to call me back or give me a dime. I know there are others out there so hang in there and just maybe we may be able to do something together.
These guys are a total scam. I don't know if I am more pissed off at them or more pissed off at myself for not reading the Yelp reviews in which I used quite often. But when I looked up on the websites for best auto warranty protection plans, they were right up there in the top 3. That's probably why I didn't read the Yelp reviews . I have tried numerous times to get my money back As they promised they would do so within 30 days and the phone number that's on the Website is an answering service. I originally purchased a warranty from this company in good faith. When I sent the company a request to use the warranty for a transmission issue they canceled my warranty claiming that I did not provide the correct information on my application. When the sales rep contacted me regarding selling me the warranty he asked me what was the mileage on my car. I clearly told him "I did not know" he told me "Do not worry about that it is not an issue" he prefilled the application and sent it to me with the wrong mileage (the average that I gave him). I did not say anything about it because he told me that it was not an issue. ASAP never said anything to me about the error until I tried to use the warranty. They never charged the sales rep with the responsibility of checking the contract or letting me know the importance of the mileage. I feel that I was purposely mislead and cheated out of my money. I could have went to an honest company. My desired outcome would be for ASAP to make good on their word and honor the contract.
I've researched other warranties. I came across your website and submitted my information. I was pleased that when I received a call from Anthony, he was pleasant and understanding of my time and was not pushy like the others I've encountered. He made my experience worth calling him back and signing up very enjoyable. I would be more than happy to recommend ASAP to anyone who is searching for extra coverage on their car.
